Why celebs are posting photos with their eyes closed
While your Instagram timeline is probably full of cute dogs and great memes under normal circumstances, you might have noticed celebs have been posting photos with their eyes closed recently. But why?
Following on from the onslaught of naked photos in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness last week, the likes of Kate Moss and Holly Willoughby have now been sharing photos without their eyes open.

And no, they're not half asleep, but rather posting the pics in aid of a new Mind campaign, urging people to 'take a moment' for their mental health. The photographs, taken by British photographer Ray Burmiston, are all in black and white, and are part of a virtual exhibition called Take A Moment.
Everyone from Idris Elba to Anthony Joshua, Ruth Jones, Katie Piper, Liam Gallagher, Ricky Gervais, Fearne Cottom and Helena Bonham Carter have taken part, and are encouraging you to, too.

To take part in the campaign, upload an image of yourself to the Take A Moment website with your eyes closed for the main grid, use the hashtag #TakeAMoment4Mind and donate £3.
More than 250 famous faces were photographed for the campaign, urging people to take a moment of calm for their mental health, and in a bid to raise money for Mind following a shortfall in donations amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
