UOL all set to redevelop Raintree Gardens
It eyes transforming it into a 750-unit residential development.
UOL Group has completed its en block acquisition of Raintree Gardens in Potong Pasir.
The acquisition was completed with UOL's associate firm United Industrial Corporation.
The transaction was done by UVD Projects Pte Ltd., a joint venture between the two associate firms each with 50% stake.
To recall, UOL revealed that the property will be transformed into a residential development with around 750 units.
The project is slated to be launched next year.
