UG Healthcare subsidiary incorporates wholly-owned subsidiary in Ireland

, Unigloves (UK) Limited, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Ireland.
In a Sept 28 bourse filing, UG Healthcare says the Ireland subsidiary is involved in trading and distributing disposable gloves and other medical disposables and ancillary products. The initial registered capital is EUR100 ($144.78).
The incorporation of the subsidiary will be financed by internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share or the net tangible assets per share of the group for the current financial year ending June 30, 2024, says UG Healthcare.
Shares in UG Healthcare closed 0.1 cents lower, or 1% down, at 9.9 cents on Sept 28.
