Two strata office floors at AXA Tower for sale from $2,550 psf

Perennial Real Estate Holdings has released two strata office floors at AXA Tower, 8 Shenton Way for sale by expression of interest (EOI). The indicative price starts from $2,550 psf, according to marketing agent JLL.

One is the 21st floor, which has eight strata office units, while the other is the 35th floor, which has six strata office units. The remaining two units on the 35th floor are being used as show units and will not be released for sale just yet, according to JLL. The units have regular layouts and are column-free. Buyers can purchase them on an individual basis — the strata units range from 1,744 sq ft to 1,959 sq ft — or both floors collectively.

Typical office floors at 8 Shenton Way have large floor plates of 14,510 sq ft sub-divided into eight strata office units. The development enjoys a high occupancy rate and diverse trade sector mix with a strong tenant profile that includes AXA Insurance and BOC Aviation. The EOI closes on Oct 5.
