Helen of Troy Limited HELE which sells consumer products in various segments including beauty tools under the brands Hot Tools, Revlon and Bed Head and Oxo kitchen items such as the avocado cutter. It reported a better than expected fiscal first quarter, beating the Zacks Consensus by 13 cents. Sales rose 9%, as the Leadership Brands, which make up 79% of all sales, jumped 14.7%. This Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) trades with an attractive forward P/E of just 16.

YY Inc. YY is a mid-cap Chinese gaming and social media company with a rare combination of value and growth. It has a forward P/E of just 12 and is expected to grow earnings by the double digits in both 2018 and 2019. This Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) also recently spun-off Huya HUYA, a gaming live-stream platform, in an American IPO. It has retained 45% ownership.
