Yahoo Finance Tom Cruise Sells Beverly Hills Mansion For $40 Million
Tom Cruise has reportedly sold his seven-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills for a modest price of $40 million.
The actor called the Los Angeles humble abode in Beverly Hills home for almost a decade, once sharing it with ex, Katie Holmes.

According to TMZ, the 10,000 square foot house boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a children’s playground and a couple of guesthouses.
All the home essentials, really.
He reportedly originally had it on the market for an asking price of $45 million, but reduced the price by $5 million when there were no takers.
Tom has still managed to increase the value from when he first bought it back in 2007 though, when he paid $32.5 million for the property.

This all comes after Tom sold his compound in the Hollywood Hills for $11.4 million back in October.
The Mirror reports that that property, initially on the market for $13 million, has three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a farmhouse-style kitchen, a large outdoor pool, a luxury spa, a wine cellar and nearby tasting room, and an outdoor paved terrace.
It also has a four-bedroom guest house with four bathrooms and a kitchen.
