#Tip 1:

How low can you go?

Remember that your hanging lighting should be at least 0.8m above the table in the dining room!

Tip #2:

Did you know that your sleeping position should affect the type of mattresses that you buy?

Side sleepers should get a pocket spring mattress to alleviate the stress placed on their shoulders and hips when sleeping.

#Tip 3:

We know you love your furniture — but remember to leave spaces for you to walk around them!!

Leave a space of about 0.9m for your main passageways so you can explore your dream home comfortably.

Tip #4:

Did you know that what's INSIDE your sofa can greatly affect your comfort and maintenance levels?

Try down-plush or feather sofa fillings if you like sitting on clouds after a long day at work.

One of the most common mistakes that first time homeowners makes? Buying all their furniture at once.

You should buy the main items first, then take your time to slowly add in smaller accents to make your home truly yours.
