Thailand Property Show off to positive start

Thailand has always been a popular tourist destination, but many foreigners have gone one step further and chosen to make it their home. The Thai property market has been flourishing, with positive gross rental returns and capital gains.

Recognising the widespread interest in Thai property, PropertyGuru is once again holding its Thailand Property Show. The two-day event, held over the weekend of 23 and 24 May 2015, features residential projects by Thai property developers, talks by a distinguished panel of industry leaders, and loan advice for potential buyers and investors of Thai property.

Furthermore, there are exclusive deals and discounts on Thai residential developments, as well as attractive prizes to be won. Seminar speakers include Joey Yap Consultants Iverson Lee, DuenSing Kippen Ltds founding partner Jerrold Kippen, and PropertyGurus very own Head of Marketing at DDProperty Napong Panthong.

Already, property buyers and investors have been streaming into the Conference Centre on level 2 of Orchard Hotel Singapore, generating an early positive response to the Thailand Property Show 2015. The event, which began at 11am this morning, will run from 11am to 7pm today and tomorrow.
