Teho International appoints hotel operator for its Cambodia development

Keong Hong to build new Raffles Hospital Building

Teho International Inc Limited announced that it has entered into a MOU with Hotel Okura Co Limited. This is for the appointment of Okura as the operator of the hotel in its Cambodia project. Okura is a Japanese hotel chain that currently operates 72 hotels. The project is called The Bay and is located in the prime peninsula of Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. When completed, the 53 storey building will be the tallest in Phnom Penh. The building will be part of the mixed development which will also include residential and retail space. Estimated total gross development cost is more than US$ 0.5billion.
