Straits Trading acquires $12.2 mil stake in Saitama residential property
SINGAPORE (Mar 15): The Straits Trading Company has taken a stake in a residential property in Higashi Kawaguchi, Saitama, Japan, via the Savills IM Japan Residential Fund.
The property was completed in March and comprises 134 apartment units with a total net lettable area of 6,957 sqm.
The value of the acquisition is JPY 989 million ($12.2 million) which will be funded by internal resources and bank borrowings.
