SouFun: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

BEIJING (AP) _ SouFun Holdings Ltd. (SFUN) on Friday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $48.2 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Beijing-based company said it had a loss of 11 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 2 cents per share.

The real estate internet company posted revenue of $82.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $117.3 million, or 26 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $303 million.

The company's shares closed at $1.61. A year ago, they were trading at $4.50.
