Sony: Fiscal 4Q Earnings Snapshot

TOKYO (AP) _ Sony Corp. (SNE) on Wednesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $116.1 million.

The Tokyo-based company said it had net income of 9 cents per share.

The electronics and media company posted revenue of $16.06 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $5.36 billion, or $4.24 per share. Revenue was reported as $75.99 billion.

Sony shares have declined 7% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 31% in the last 12 months.
