Soilbuild Construction Group Awarded Residential Development Contract in Myanmar

Shares Investment

Soilbuild Construction Group has been awarded a contract for the design and build of a proposed 24-storey residential development with 4 levels of semi-basement in Yangon, Myanmar.

The project is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2015 and is to be completed within 40 months from the date of commencement.

The total contract sum for the project is US$50.4 million. The latest win brings the company’s order book to approximately $784 million to date, which would be substantially completed in 2016.
