Soilbuild Construction clinches LTA Covered Linkways project

Soilbuild Construction clinches LTA Covered Linkways project

Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd announced that its JV has been awarded an LTA contract. This is its 51:49 JV with Shincon Industrial Pte Ltd. The contract is worth $39.7million. It involves the construction of covered linkways to Downtown Line 3 and Tuas West Extention Stations. This is Soilbuild’s first foray into civil works construction. The JV is responsible for the execution and completion of the construction works. Term for the works is 2 years.

GET TO THE POINT : Always good to clinch new contracts, which in this case is almost $40 million of covered linkways.
