Sohu.com: 3Q Earnings Snapshot

BEIJING (AP) _ Sohu.com Limited (SOHU) on Monday reported a loss of $22.9 million in its third quarter.

The Beijing-based company said it had a loss of 59 cents per share. Losses, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, came to 55 cents per share.

The operator of a popular Chinese Web portal posted revenue of $482.3 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in December, Sohu.com expects its results to range from a loss of 55 cents per share to a loss of 30 cents per share.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $435 million to $470 million for the fiscal fourth quarter.

Sohu.com shares have declined 38% since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 39% in the last 12 months.
