by Cheryl Tay

The MIPIM Asia Awards recognised the most outstanding real estate projects in the Asia Pacific region this year, with Singapore developments taking home gold, silver and bronze awards.

The winners were ranked according to the MIPIM Asia jury's votes, combined with votes from MIPIM Asia delegates. Each group accounted for 50 percent of the votes. The final results were revealed at a gala dinner held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong yesterday.

Under the Best Innovative Green Building category, developer Lend Lease won the gold award for the Jem (pictured), while City Developments Limited / Hong Realty (Private) Limited won the silver award for HAUS@Serangoon Garden.
