It is okay if you aren't a millionaire in Singapore, yet. If you haven't heard of the well-known $1 million draw that Changi Airport gives out annually, it's high time you pay some attention to this year's retail promotion in particular. Between now and 31 October 2017, shoppers at Changi Airport stand a chance to bring home a cool $1 million, plus a spanking new S90 Volvo. The luxury car does not come with a COE, though. Changi Airport's 2017 'Be a Changi Millionaire' retail promotion is the airport's biggest ever retail promotion, yet. If that doesn't sound enticing to you, I seriously don't know what else will.
To be eligible for a chance to win the $1 million, all you have to do is shop at the participating outlets at Changi Airport and spend $50 or more in a single receipt between May 4 and October 31. Online shoppers at iShopChangi.com (Changi Airport's online shopping portal) can join in the fun, too. To stand a chance to win the car, you would have to spend at least $500 or more in a single day, the accumulation of same-day receipts is allowed. How Does This Work?
You get 1 chance with $50 spent; 100 chances with $200 spent. Subsequent spending of $200 will give you an extra 100 chances, too. And to reiterate, a same-day accumulated spending of $500 or more will give you a shot at winning the Volvo S90.

Each month from May to October, one shopper will be picked to take part in the $1 million draw as a finalist. A 7th finalist will be selected from qualifying shoppers on iShopChangi while the 8th finalist will be picked from the Changi Rewards loyalty programme's group of Platinum members.
Similarly, one finalist will be chosen to enter the Volvo S90 draw each month. If you are extremely lucky, you could win big and walk away with BOTH prizes!

What Else To Keep You Excited?
There are e-vouchers to be won for shoppers. In addition, all finalists of the $1 million draw and Volvo S90 draw will receive 1 return Economy class ticket from his/her country of residence to Singapore and a free 3-night stay in a Singapore hotel courtesy of Changi Airport Group. The return airfare does not apply to those who live in Singapore, of course.
A SGD$1,000 cash prize will also be given to 5 of the finalists of the Volvo S90 draw who do not end up winning the car. The 7 finalists who do not win the $1 million draw will receive a SGD$5,000 cash prize each.
