Scorpio Tankers (STNG) Q4 Earnings and Revenues Miss Estimates

Scorpio Tankers (STNG) came out with quarterly earnings of $4.24 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $4.38 per share. This compares to loss of $0.79 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of -3.20%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this shipping company would post earnings of $3.81 per share when it actually produced earnings of $4.29, delivering a surprise of 12.60%.
