Sarin Technologies Ltd. - MANAGEMENT REPLY: Hong Kong most likely location for Far East office

27/3/2013 – Sarin Technology intends to disclose the name of retail chain in Asia, with whom it has entered into a commercial agreement, after the actual launch of Sarine-Light.

The company was responding to our questions in our earlier report titled "How long before new diamond polishing machine generates significant revenue?" (March 26).

It further said that the price per certificate agreed with the retail chain is confidential.

Investor Central. We asked these questions that needed to be asked (reproduced here along with the answers from the company):

1. How long before the new diamond polishing machine generates significant revenue?

Reply: To what machine are you referring? If you mean Sarine Light? We have announced Q2.

2. Which retail chain in Asia has it entered into a commercial agreement for Sarine-Light?

Reply: Will be announced upon actual launch.

3. What is the price per certificate agreed with the retail chain?

Reply: Commercially confidential.

4. Will contribution from higher margin products and services offset higher operating expenses in FY13?

Reply: Somewhat, as will expected expansion in sales.

5. Where will the new "Far East" office be located?

Reply: Most likely Hong Kong but Singapore is a possibility

6. Why are the Sarine-Light and Sarine-Loupe machines spelled "Sarine", when the company's name is spelled "Sarin"?

Reply: We are in process of correcting spelling in line with Hebrew pronunciation.
