Sabre: 3Q Earnings Snapshot

SOUTHLAKE, Texas (AP) _ Sabre Corp. (SABR) on Thursday reported third-quarter net income of $63.8 million.

The Southlake, Texas-based company said it had net income of 23 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 27 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 24 cents per share.

The provider of technology services to the travel industry posted revenue of $984.2 million in the period, missing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $990.7 million.

Sabre expects full-year earnings in the range of 95 cents to $1.02 per share, with revenue in the range of $3.97 billion to $4.01 billion.

Sabre shares have risen almost 2% since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 9% in the last 12 months.
