Roxy-Pacific Acquires Australia Residential Land For AUD15.7 Million

Shares Investment

Roxy-Pacific Holdings’ wholly-owned indirect subsidiary in its wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia, Roxy-Pacific Killara, has entered into contracts to purchase properties located at 6A nad 8 Buckingham Road, Killara NSW, Australia for a consideration of AUD15.65 million.

The properties have a freehold tenure with a land area approximately 3,792.2 square metres and the vendor has obtained development approval to develop two residential flat buildings comprising 43 apartments and 63 residential car spaces.
