Rotary Engineering finalising Investment in Indonesian Storage Terminal

Rotary Engineering 3Q continues its earnings momentum

Rotary Engineering Limited announced that it is in the process of finalising an investment in a Bulk Storage Terminal for petroleum products. The terminal is in Indonesia and will serve as a distribution terminal to the rest of the country. The terminal had just secured a long-term contract that would ensure optimal utilization. Rotary Engineering is proposing to invest US$1.15 million for a 10% stake in the Terminal and extend a loan of US$18.2 million to support the operations. The purpose of the investment is for Rotary Engineering to receiving recurring income. It would also allow Rotary Engineering to gain a greater foothold in the Indonesian market through new strategic partnerships.

GET TO THE POINT : It is good to balance lumpy project revenues with regular recurring revenue. This ensures that a company can plot a steady growth path. Better still if this recurring income comes with increased market penetration.
