HOUSTON, November 11, 2021--(BUSINESS WIRE)--River Oaks District Houston’s landmark fashion, dining, and creative destination, managed by The Festival Companies, announces ten additional flagship luxury and innovative brands to join The District’s A-list mix of retailers, restaurants, galleries and entertainment offerings.
