Push your performance this fall with Fitbit's new releases

Great timing for those getting into back their fitness routine after the holidays, Fitbit has launched a variety of new products and collections to help motivate and track your workout this fall.

The first of Fitbit's latest releases is a new version of their number one selling fitness tracker: the Charge 2 will help monitor and help improve performance thanks to its ability to track steps, distance, pace, floors climbed, and calories burned across a variety of sports.

And if you're not doing enough activity to track any of the above, Fitbit will give you a gentle push with "Reminders to Move," encouraging you to take 250 steps every hour.

Following the current mindfulness trend, the Charge 2 also comes with guided breathing sessions based on your heart rate so you can look after your mental as well as physical health, and combined with the auto sleep tracking feature both will ensure you are getting enough rest and relaxation to fuel your workouts.

The style-conscious will also be pleased to know that the Charge 2 comes with interchangeable bands so you can change the color with your gym kit.

Fitbit also launched a new version of another of their iconic fitness trackers with the Flex 2.

Not only has the Flex 2 been designed with Fitbit's slimmest wristband yet, but it is also Fitbit's first swim-proof wearable, meaning you can go straight from gym to pool to track swimming performance and see the data in the Fitbit app.

The Flex 2 will also track other activities automatically thanks to its SmartTrack feature and will show how close you are to your workout goals on the LED screen. Like the Charge 2 it will also track sleep and send you reminders to get moving, but can also be worn in a variety of different ways thanks to its interchangeable accessories.

As well as the Charge 2 and Flex 2 Fitbit has also added a range of new bands and accessories to the Blaze and Alta collections as well as new Special Edition Gold versions featuring a fresh pink wrist strap with premium PVD gold plating. And not only will the Blaze be available in a new season colorway but it will also come with some new season updates, including new clock faces and Reminders to Move to help get you fitter this fall.
