ProSieben shareholder PPF does not comment on MFE proposal on split

BERLIN, April 30 (Reuters) - A representative for Czech investment group PPF did not comment on an MFE proposal to split ProSiebenSat.1, in remarks to shareholders at the German media group's AGM on Tuesday.
PPF represents more than 10% of share capital in ProSieben, the representative said.
