The new V on Shenton is a reinterpretation of the landmark development by world-renowned Dutch architect Ben van Berkel of UNStudio, whose works include Ardmore Residence in Singapore and the upcoming tallest building in Australia, Green Spine, in Melbourne.

Its residential component comprises 510 units. Unit types include two- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 883 to 1,765 sq ft and penthouses of 3,315 to 6,814 sq ft. With a lofty capital of $13.6 million, one could set their sight on a four-bedroom unit at V on Shenton, which currently starts at $8 million and goes up to $17 million, based on listings on EdgeProp.sg.

In particular, premium high-floor units starting from the 36th level boasts spectacular views of the sea or city skyline. Some units even have dual views of both the sea and city skyline. Residents will also get to see a new skyline taking shape at the future Greater Southern Waterfront.

2) 3 Orchard By-The-Park

The 77-unit 3 Orchard-By-The-Park is a freehold condominium on Orchard Boulevard. It was developed by YTL Land & Development, and was designed by Italian architect and designer Antonio Citterio as “Villas in the Sky”.

Location-wise, 3 Orchard By-The-Park is a short walk to Singapore Botanic Gardens, Orchard Road shopping belt, luxury hotels St Regis and Regent Singapore, Tanglin Mall, Camden Medical Centre and next door to the upcoming Orchard Boulevard MRT station.

The development features three 25-storey towers, with a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments as well as two five-bedroom penthouses. Prices average $3,400 psf.

With winnings of over $13 million, you may consider buying a four-bedroom unit at 3 Orchard-By-The-Park, which costs an average of $11 million to $12 million.
