Yahoo Finance Poundland slashes price of over 1,000 products and offer items for just 1p online
Poundland has announced that they are offering items for just 1p.
The offer will be exclusively available online on the store's website, Poundshop.com, every Wednesday.
The bargain retailer has also vowed to slash the price of more than 1,000 items back to £1 as part of their “value heroes” scheme.
These discounts will be across DIY, gardening, kitchenware, homeware and stationery.
Products include Fairy Original Washing Up Liquid (433ml) and three Fanta Lemon (330ml) drinks for £1.

"We know it’s getting more and more expensive to live right now, and here at Poundshop.com we want to help," Poundland said in a statement on their website.
"That’s why we’ve put together our Value Heroes, a range of £1 household staples you know, love and need. We’re committed to keeping your favourites affordable — and your life on track — so you can beat inflation and get the products you need without breaking the bank."
The campaign was introduced to help with the ongoing cost of living crisis.
According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), 42% of households in the most deprived areas are buying less food and essentials to cope with soaring prices.
UK inflation rose to a 40-year high of 9.4% in the year to June, rising from 9.1% in May.
The Bank of England expects inflation to hit 13% later this year — well above its 2% target — and for it to remain elevated in 2023.

Commercial director, Tim Bettley, said: “We’re acutely aware how important value-for-money is right now for our customers — and that’s why whether it’s across grocery, clothing or homewares, we’re doubling down on our promise of amazing value."
Poundland are also set to open or relocate 25 stores by the end of the year.
In September, three more locations are set to be announced along with a further 15 between October and December.
The new openings will see 150 new jobs created in both part time or full time roles.
