Pollen & Bleu preview starts 1 May

Singapore Land's much-awaited Pollen & Bleu condominium is set to open its showflat at Farrer Drive for VVIP preview to pre-registered guests from Friday, 1 May, according to marketing materials from a real estate agency.

The new launch in prime District 10 comprises three blocks of 8-storey residential units. There are 106 one- to four-bedrooms available, including deluxe penthouses and SOHO units.

Although actual launch prices have not been revealed yet, the project's official website indicates that the average selling price is about $1,900 psf. Meanwhile, calls to the developer were not answered.

Pollen & Bleu is located near the Farrer, Botanic Garden and Holland Village MRT stations, while good schools such as St Margaret's Secondary School and ACS (International) are also in the vicinity.

The 99-year leasehold project is expected to obtain TOP in 2018.

According to JLL research head Ong Teck Hui, recent launches in April such as North Park Residences and Botanique at Bartley have achieved encouraging sales.

"There is a definite pick-up in market momentum but whether it can be sustained depends on how attractive the new launches are and their pricing level," he noted.

The total number of new private homes sold in Q1 2015 reached 1,379 units, similar to the 1,376 units moved in the previous quarter.
