Platinum Victory To Launch Sports-themed Project
This mixed development project will feature 728 serviced apartments spread across two 36-storey blocks as well as 36 shop-offices housed in two floors.

 

Platinum Victory is set to launch its sports-themed serviced apartment located right in the heart of Jalan Kelang Lama on 20 April, reported The Star.

Dubbed Platinum Arena, the project is nestled on a 1.2ha leasehold site that is strategically situated between Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.

It aims to encourage residents to have an active lifestyle with its offering of various recreational activities such as a gym, sports halls, swimming pool, rooftop garden, yoga deck, BBQ area, jogging track as well as games and audio-visual rooms.

With piling works started earlier in the year, the project is set to be completed in around three years.

The Edge previously reported that the mixed development project will feature 728 serviced apartments spread across two 36-storey blocks as well as 36 shop-offices housed in two floors.

Measuring between 650 sq ft and 1,008 sq ft, the serviced apartments will have an average selling price of RM620 per sq ft.
