Pinetree Hill draws 1,500 visitors on the first day of public preview

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Singapore-listed UOL Group and its subsidiary Singapore Land Group opened the sales gallery for its latest project, the 520-unit Pinetree Hill at Pine Grove, at 10 am this morning. By 5.30 pm, the turnout was about 1,500 visitors. The sales gallery of Pine Grove remains open until 8 pm this evening.

"We are pleased with the strong turnout," says Anson Lim, general manager (residential marketing) at UOL Group. "Buyers are generally attracted to the locale and strong product offering – from the spacious and efficient layout of the units to the communal facilities."

According to UOL, the preview will continue for the next two weekends, with the official launch scheduled for July 15.

The developer has announced that units at Pinetree Hill will be priced from $2,236 psf. It has also released the starting prices of all the different unit types, including premium units:

·      One-bedroom-plus-study of 538 sq ft starts from $1.248 million ($2,320 psf);

·      Two-bedroom (700 and 850 sq ft) are priced from $1.588 million ($2,269 psf);

·      Two-bedroom premium (764, 775 and 915 sq ft) start from $1.718 million ($2,249 psf);

·      Two-bedroom premium-plus-study (797 sq ft) from $1.781 million ($2,235 psf);

·      Three-bedroom (969, 1,163 and 1,173 sq ft) from $2.198 million ($2,268 psf);

·      Four-bedroom deluxe with private lift (1,292 and 1,485 sq ft) from $3.175 million ($2,456 psf);

·      Four-bedroom premium with private lift (1,464 and 1,668 sq ft) from $3.419 million ($2,335 psf);

The exclusive five-bedroom penthouse with a private lift of 2,874 sq ft is around $8 million ($2,784 psf). The penthouse has a 29.3m frontage – more expansive than most Good Class Bungalows, which average 18.5m, says Lim. “The buyer even has the option of adding a sixth bedroom,” he adds.
