Paraguay enters first film for consideration for Foreign Film Oscar

The 89th Academy Awards will take place on February 26, 2017

A total of 81 countries have submitted films for consideration for the 2015 Foreign Language Film Oscar, including first-time entrant Paraguay.

Nominations for the 88th Academy Awards will be announced live Jan. 14, 2016. The awards ceremony is scheduled for Feb. 28, 2016 and will be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
