Oceanus CEO buys 509.2 mil shares from shareholder Sigma Shares for 0.8 cents apiece

Following the transaction, Koh now owns an 11.89% stake or 3.05 billion shares in Oceanus, up from his previous stake of 9.91%.

Oceanus CEO Peter Koh has bought 509.2 ordinary million shares for $4.07 million or 0.8 cents a piece via an off-market transaction.

On March 8, Koh entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) to purchase all the shares in Sigma Shares, one of Oceanus’ shareholders.

Following the transaction, Koh now owns an 11.89% stake or 3.05 billion shares in Oceanus, up from his previous stake of 9.91%.

Shares in Oceanus closed at 0.7 cents on March 7.
