Non-landed private residential prices up 0.2% in March

Flats outside the central region led the increase.

Prices of completed non-landed residential units increased 0.2% month-on-month in March, according to the National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore Residential Price Index Series (SRPI).

Prices of flats within the central region increased 0.1%, while prices of flats outside the central region grew 0.3%.

Prices of small units, however, registered a decline of 0.4%.

In February, the NUS SRPI posted a decline of 0.2%.
