Nexstar: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

IRVING, Texas (AP) _ Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc. (NXST) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $113.2 million.

On a per-share basis, the Irving, Texas-based company said it had profit of $2.36.

The television broadcaster posted revenue of $1.1 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $230.3 million, or $4.80 per share. Revenue was reported as $3.04 billion.

Nexstar shares have decreased almost 3% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 25% in the last 12 months.
