NetEase: 3Q Earnings Snapshot

BEIJING (AP) _ NetEase Inc. (NTES) on Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $1.78 billion.

The Beijing-based company said it had profit of $13.68 per share. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, came to $13.85 per share.

The internet technology company posted revenue of $2.05 billion in the period.

NetEase shares have risen 22% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $287.81, a rise of 27% in the last 12 months.
