These are the most popular names for babies born in December

Let's be honest, December is all about one thing: Christmas! But for the thousands of people each year who are expecting December babies, it's also about impending parenthood (and dressing your newborn up as an elf/Santa/snowman and making it pose underneath the tree, right?).

Cute outfits aside, if you're due to have a baby in the month of December and you're still stuck on what baby name to choose for your festive newborn, you might be panicking that you're running out of time.

There are a few ways to approach the major task of picking a baby name, and one of which is to source inspiration from the boy's names and girl's names that have proven most popular for babies born in the month of December in recent years.
