MLT raises $640m from equity fundraising

It sold over 359.9 million new units.

Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) finished its preferential offering (PO) and was able to sell over 356.9 million new units for $1.145 each.

According to an announcement, valid acceptances of the offers comprised 89.4% of the PO, whilst excess units comprised 53.3%.

A total of 250.2 million units will be issued to raise gross proceeds of $286.5m.

Together with the gross proceeds of $353.5m from the private placement, total proceeds from the equity fundraising have reached $640m.
