KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 6): Selangor Dredging Bhd managing director Teh Lip Kim bought 148,800 shares from the open market at 80 sen apiece, a filing showed Tuesday evening.
The purchase raised her direct holdings in the property developer to 75.96 million shares or 17.83% — an increase of 1.17% from the 16.66% or 70.98 million shares she had just over five months ago on June 1.
Teh is also deemed interested in another 170.59 million shares or 40.03%.
Selangor Dredging added 1 sen to close at 81 sen today, 0.55 times its net asset per share of RM1.46 as at end-June.
Its second quarter earnings for the three months ended Sept 30, 2012 are due for release by the end of this month.
