Love Island's Faye Winter finished third place alongside boyfriend Teddy Soares in this year's season of the hit ITV2 reality-come-romance show. Opening up to Cosmopolitan UK, Faye sat down with us for our latest Text On The Beach instalment, where she spilled *alllll* of the villa tea.

Chatting about her time in the villa and her relationship with Teddy since arriving back in the UK, she also confessed to breaking one very important Love Island rule.

She exclusively told us, "There was one particular time I definitely broke the rules. I was sleeping out on the day bed when Casa Amor happened. It was 5am and it was so hot. I woke up and jumped in the pool straight away."

Surely there's nothing wrong with that, right? Well, wrong. Islander's can't just jump in the pool whenever they feel like it, and Faye told us that this even counts as a rule break.

She explained, "One of the producers was like, ‘Faye! How am I going to explain why you’re soaking wet at 5am in the morning?’ So that was one thing I broke the rules on."

When we asked Faye whether or not she broke any rules, she spoke about the unaired scenes, saying, "This gets to me because regardless of which scenes were aired, you still did those things… You are still that person and those things still left your mouth.

"Own it and move on," she urged, "If you’ve got to apologise, apologise. If you’ve got to live up to it, live up to it. But don’t start blaming unaired scenes for that."

Faye was known for her fiery personality while in the villa, but since leaving the show with boyfriend Teddy, things have only been going from strength to strength for the pair. The couple, who made headlines over the summer with their on/off romance, have been spending lots of time together, with Teddy showing Faye around London earlier this month, and more recently the couple enjoyed a day out at Dartmoor National Park.

Taking to Instagram to post a snap of him and Faye with a pony, Teddy wrote: "Always trying to get her on a pony 👱🏼♀️"

Also in our chat with Faye she revealed that she feels like it’s a race between her and Teddy and Chloe and Toby as to who will get married first. How exciting.

We're off to buy a hat.
