Alphabet, the parent company of Google, is due to report its Q3 financial results after market close on Thursday.

Revenue: $22.05 billion average analyst estimate, up 18% year-over-year
EPS (adjusted): $8.64 average analyst estimate

Alphabet’s stock reached an all-time high earlier this week after favorable reviews of its new Pixel phone.
But the various Other Bet companies that operate under the Alphabet umbrella are showing signs of trouble. On Tuesday, Google Fiber, the high-speed internet access service, halted plans to expand to several cities and said it was laying off 9% of its staff.
