Singapore Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat delivers his first Budget Speech in Parliament today (Thursday, 24 March) at 3:30pm. The budget for fiscal year 2016 (1 April this year to 31 March next year) is expected to be a "prudent" or "cautious" budget that will focus on tackling the country's faltering economic growth.
