SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Lendlease has announced the appointment of Sunita Bottse as head of data centres. The role, based in Singapore, will see her reporting to Andrew Gauci, Lendlease’s head of telecoms and data infrastructure, Asia.

Bottse will lead Lendlease Data Centre Partners, the group’s US$1 billion ($1.4 billion) joint venture to invest in data centres in Asia Pacific. The joint venture is currently developing a 120 megawatt (MW) hyper-scale data centre in Greater Tokyo, Japan, with construction due to commence in June.

Prior to joining Lendlease, Bottse was CEO of Supernap (Thailand), the company behind the first carrier-neutral hyperscale data centre in Thailand.
