Knight Frank appoints new Head of Residential for international project marketing

Knight Frank Singapore has appointed Nicholas Keong as its head of residential (international project marketing) with effect from March 1. He was previously at Jones Lang Laselle for six years working on international project marketing, leading regional initiatives, and strategising returns on overseas property portfolios.

At Knight Frank, Keong will be tasked with leading, building and growing the company’s international project marketing team. The team already covers markets such as Australia, the United Kingdom, America, Japan, the Middle East, and Europe. Keong will be responsible for business development, securing new overseas appointments, and formulating strategies to market and sell overseas residential properties.
