King Wan wins $43.3 million of M&E contracts
King Wan Corporation Limited announced that it has secured 4 new M&E projects in Singapore. These include projects for Jewel Changi Airport a 1,746 unit HDB development in Woodlands, a 10 block HDB development in Punggol and a 1,327 unit Exeecutive Condominium in Choa Chu Kang. These projecs are expected to start within the next 6 months and are scheduled to complete by 2018. Going forward, King Wan will focus on providing an integrate suite of M&E services. This will enable it to provide more cost efficient and quality solutions to its clients. Its orderbook currently stands at $209 million.
