Keppel Corp admits 'suspicious' transactions linked to Brazil agent

Corruption probe involving Petrobras, Sete Brasil continues.

In a statement released on Monday, Keppel Corp said that internal investigations found that certain transactions with Zwi Skornicki in connection with contracts entered between certain Keppel entities with Petrobas and/or Sete Brasil 'may be suspicious'.

The investigations were conducted following Keppel's earlier announcements since February last year in relation to allegations in Brazil that illegal payments were made by Mr Zwi Skornicki for certain transactions.

Keppel said that the matter continues to be under review and Keppel will make further announcements as appropriate.
