Located in the Jurong West industrial district, the 30-year leasehold Tanjong Penjuru plot has a site area of 94,722 sq ft and a permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5. The maximum building height is 62m Singapore height datum (SHD). The SHD was introduced in 2015 as a height measurement reference and is pegged to Singapore’s historical mean sea level.

The site is zoned for business 2 (industrial) use under the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Master Plan, allowing for heavy industrial use such as general industry, production, repair and servicing as well as the storage of chemicals, says URA.

The tender will close on Aug 23 at 11am.
