ISEC Healthcare To Cease Eye Clinic Operations In Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre

ISEC Healthcare’s wholly-owned subsidiary, International Specialist Eye Centre, will cease operations in Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre from December 2015.

The subsidiary was incorporated in January 2014 to operate an eye centre under the ISEC brand-name in partnership with three doctors.

Since the commencement of business operations in August 2014, the subsidiary had been loss-making and is expected to continue to be loss-making for the current financial year.

The group expects to incur losses and closure related cost of approximately $2.6 million.
