BRISBANE, Calif. (AP) _ Innoviva Inc. (INVA) on Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $47.1 million.

On a per-share basis, the Brisbane, California-based company said it had profit of 43 cents.

The biopharmaceutical company posted revenue of $61.7 million in the period.

Innoviva shares have dropped 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $14.02, a rise of 15 percent in the last 12 months.
