Cluny Park Residence is a 52-unit condominium development located along Cluny Park Road, which is just next to Botanic Gardens MRT. Units come in two- and four-bedroom configurations and include penthouse units as well.
The project is located in the private Cluny Park Good Class Bungalow (GCB) enclave, with the Singapore Botanic Gardens across from the front gate. Designed by SCDA Architects and touted as the only condo development in the estate currently, the place is suitable for a spectrum of buyers, with a varied unit mix.
For grocery shopping and dining options, Cluny Court and Serene Centre are right next to the development, while Holland Village is about a five-minute drive away. Skyline Residences is a 283-unit condo development consisting of one- to four-bedroom units and penthouses. Located along Telok Blangah Road, the project is a short drive away from major landmarks, including Orchard Road, the CBD, and Resorts World Sentosa.
Malls in the vicinity include VivoCity and Harbourfront Centre, which are a four-minute drive away. For a quick bite or to get basic necessities, there is a mini mart and small food court under Block 46, just behind Telok Blangah MRT.
Blangah Rise Primary School is only a five-minute walk from Skyline Residences. Other schools nearby include Radin Mas Primary School and CHIJ Saint Theresa’s Convent. Anglo Chinese School, Anglo Chinese Junior College, the National University of Singapore and INSEAD are within a five-kilometre radius.
