Hollysys Automation: Fiscal 4Q Earnings Snapshot

BEIJING (AP) _ Hollysys Automation Technologies Ltd. (HOLI) on Wednesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $25.3 million.

The Beijing-based company said it had net income of 42 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs and non-recurring costs, were 61 cents per share.

The maker of industrial, rail and subway automation systems posted revenue of $157 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $125.3 million, or $2.05 per share. Revenue was reported as $570.3 million.

Hollysys Automation shares have declined 10% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 33% in the last 12 months.
